Does REANIMAL have Cross-Play?

Yes, REANIMAL supports Full Cross-Platform Play (Cross-play), allowing players on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S to play together online.

How to Invite Friends (Cross-Platform)

Unlike single-platform invites, cross-play requires an in-game account linking system (usually Epic Online Services or a proprietary Tarsier ID).

1. Launch the Game: Both players must be online.
2. Open Social Menu: Press the dedicated button (e.g., Triangle/Y/Tab) to open the cross-play menu.
3. Search for Friend: You cannot use your platform friends list (e.g., PSN) to invite an Xbox friend. You must use their unique Display Name.
4. Send Friend Request: Add them to your in-game friends list.
5. Invite: Once friends, invite them directly from the lobby.

Can I turn off Cross-Play?

Yes, if you prefer to matchmake only with players on your platform (e.g., PS5 only), you can toggle Cross-Play: OFF in the Settings > Network menu.

Note: Turning this off may increase matchmaking times if you are looking for random partners, but it won't affect private invites with same-platform friends.
